According to many prominent researchers, the number of mobile workforce has steadily gone up in the past few years across industries. While some industries have implemented the concept of mobile workforce partially to help employees be more productive, many have adopted it into the structure of their business to lower the operating costs or for their own unique reasons. With advantages come disadvantages too and mobile workforce has to deal with some disadvantages too such as loneliness and unforeseen costs to company. It is important for a business that is dependent on mobile workforce to keep his or her morale high by ensuring that everyone is comfortable while undertaking any assignment.
