Since small businessmen do not have a large amount of capital to work with, they can hire low cost mobile workforce and have them work from anywhere across the globe. Mobile workforce can now work from a rented home, a cyber cafe or even while on the move in a remote village in Asia as long as it has an internet connection. A research conducted last year by a respected company in UK shows that the percentage of mobile workforce has been increasing steadily due to the apparent benefits. While some industries have implemented the concept of mobile workforce partially to help employees be more productive, many have adopted it into the structure of their business to lower the operating costs or for their own unique reasons. However, to work from home or outside a common workplace can have its own negative impacts on the mobile workforce as it can sometimes get lonely for the employee and expensive for the employer.
