A place where I write on mobility as a service
Head off trouble before it starts by putting a mobility as a service platform in place. We also cannot ignore the fact that workers everywhere are looking for a better work life balance. Attracting good talent in the 21st Century means offering employees choices in work environment; mobility as a service is the answer. Employer flexibility in allowing employees to work from home goes a long way toward improving morale, particularly in those workers with young children at home. The freedom to work from home translates to fewer missed work days, when employees have the flexibility to take time out of their day to watch sick children or transport them to the doctor.
